We not only perform the tasks listed above, but we take care of all of the little things that are needed from day to day. We will take out the garbage, empty the litter box, or do any other typical activities needed to keep the house running smoothly.

Select Home Care Portland is licensed at the highest level offered by the state of Oregon (basic, limited & comprehensive). With RN oversight, this classification allows our team to take on complex cases that may require medication administration or nurse delegation such as hospice patients that require narcotics.
This classification level allows us to be contracted with the Veteran’s Administration, which we proudly serve.
Our caregivers have a wide range of specialties which include training on fall risk, dementia, cardiac, Parkinson’s, and end-of-life care to name a few. We double the annual training hours required by the state with our own customized process aimed at patients with specific care needs.
Full-time W2 employees that are licensed, trained, and bonded. Our full-time staff goes through an extensive background check process, professional reference checks, and extensive training.

We coordinate with home health, hospice, and your primary care doctor to ensure we are working in parallel to a consistent plan of care and communicating appropriately.
